Do your products contain safety information?
Yes! We are fully insured business and comply with all relevant labelling on packaging which concerns the use of fragrances in our products. Our wax melts all contain safety information on the packaging.
The universal safety instructions which will help you enjoy your melts safely are:

Burning candles should never be left unattended

Keep all of our products out of reach and sight of children or pets

Individuals with high perfume sensitivity (sensitivity to smell) are advised not to use our products. We pride our self on wax melts with high fragrance throw therefore these would not be suitable for such individuals.
How do i know the quality of your Ingredients?
Everything we source from UK based business' , as we believe in supporting local. These business' all comply with UK regulations, so we have full confidence that we use a healthy and honest supply chain for our products.
There is a mushroom shape at the tip of my candle wick, what does that mean ?
This is totally normal - it sounds like the wick needs to be trimmed. Because our candles are heavily scented, you may see mushrooming at the end of the wick, just give the wick a trim and we suggest that you trim it after each burn to remove just the mushroom tip.
Are your products suitable for Animals ?
Our products are all-natural and are made from natural oils however, different products may affect certain animals differently. Also, note that none of our products are edible and should be kept well out of reach.
How long should I burn my Candle/Wax for?
All our Candles have long burning time; we recommend burning them for a maximum of 2 hours at a time - that should fill a large room with scent nicely!
Is there anywhere I should not put my reed Diffuser?
Unfortunately, even though essential oils are all-natural, they are still powerful and should not be placed on delicate surfaces.
