We have a 14 Day return policy, which means you have strictly 14 days after receiving your order/item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase for your order.

To start a return, you can contact us via the online enquiry form or by sending a direct email to luxe.scents@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us before organising the above return request will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Standard shipping is Royal Mail 48 Hour with upgrade available to Royal Mail 24 however please allow 3-5 days from order to delivery due the manufacturing and curing process of the product if a specific item is ordered and not ready for immediate dispatch. Thank You
